About Our Fees
All universities in Australia charge students upfront tuition fees for postgraduate coursework. At Macquarie University, different charges and procedures apply for The Costs for International Students
Macquarie University's International Office is responsible for fee payment and processes for international students. International students commencing in 2006 are charged at about $AUD650 per credit point for our programs. Please check the International Office website for more updated fee information. At that rate, the cost will be
- A typical ITEC unit - $AUD2,600.
- Master of Information Technology with or without a stream - $AUD20,800.
- Graduate Diploma in Information Technology - $AUD20,800.
- Graduate Certificate in Information Technology - $AUD10,400.
In addition to tuition fees, international students also pay a non-refundable application fee of $AUD110 (inclusive of GST). Other costs to consider include visa application fees, relocation to Australia, living costs and ancillary study costs such as textbooks and stationery.
